-The 828 Movement
Growing up in Metro Atlanta, I've seen, first hand, the disadvantages of a neglected, underfunded school. Improper schooling affects children for the rest of their lives. They won't magically catch up once they graduate, if they graduate. Where you live shouldn't dictate how well you are educated.
The 828 Movement is a non-profit in the business of creating equal education for all. 100% of their profits go towards making that dream a reality. Every child deserves a quality education in a quality school. There are underfunded schools all over the U.S. that need the work of a non-profit like 828 Movement in order to better provide for their students.
The organization grew from two friends hoping to make a difference to a non-profit looking to change the world. President Margot Sandy is hoping to bring awareness to the the inequalities in school systems across the country and show the positive side of education through images of past and present influencers making a difference through the 828 Movement social media pages.
Do you have a passion of education? Margot would love for you to wear it proudly on your wrist. The creation of the 828 Movement Bracelets is meant to help everyone support a beautiful, life-changing cause.
