Do you feel a little down in the dumps? Maybe you feel sluggish and lethargic. Maybe you feel sad and low on energy. Feeling any less than great each day should not be accepted!

Unbeknownst to most people, the way you feel is directly affected by the things you’re doing each day. It can be affected by the things you eat, the way you move, the people you spend time with, and even the thoughts you decide to entertain. That’s right - just because a certain thought pops into your head, doesn’t mean you have to entertain it!

Let’s talk about some simple changes that can make you feel better today:

Develop A Nice Morning Routine

The way you start the day can dictate how you feel for the rest of it. If you’re rushing and barely have time to brush your hair before you leave the house, you’re not going to feel good. Instead, develop a nice morning routine. Make sure you can enjoy a drink, take your time, maybe even read a chapter of a book. Make it meaningful to you.

Make Time For Your Passions

What’s the point in life if we’re not making time for our passions? Identify what yours are and spend a little time on them each day. Maybe it’s painting, building rockets out of lego, or going to animal shelters and spending time with the dogs and cats. If you don’t know what your passions are, figure it out. Try lots of different things until something sets your soul on fire! It’ll help to give your life meaning.

Learn How To Be In The Moment

One main reason many people don’t feel good is because they don’t know how to be in the moment. They are usually thinking about the past, what they could have done differently, or worrying about the future. These things aren't beneficial in the slightest. Learn how to stay in the moment you're in right now, and stop overthinking. It takes practice, but it can be done.

Get More Micronutrients Into Your Diet

The more health food you get into your diet, the better you’re going to feel. You should aim to include more micronutrients where possible. This means eating plenty of fruit and veg, and perhaps introducing a vitamin from a place like Get into good habits. You can fill up on veg and you’ll want to eat less junk or comfort food!</
